Basil Ginger Sacrifice

2oz (60ml) Mezcal Sacrificio Reposado

2oz (60ml) agave syrup

2oz (60ml) ginger ale

Juice of 2 lemons

5 basil leaves

1 teaspoon (5ml) grated ginger



Stir all the ingredients in a shaker.

Let it sit for a minute.

Strain the cocktail into a blender, add 5 ice cubes, and blend.

Serve in a 3.5oz (100ml) old-fashioned glass garnished with a lemon twist.

Riviera Mezcal

2oz (60ml) Mezcal Sacrificio Joven
Juice of 2 grapefruits
Juice of 1 lemon
3oz (90ml) sparkling water
2oz (60ml) agave syrup



Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend and serve in a champagne glass.

Sangrita Spicy Clamto

2oz (60ml) Mezcal Sacrificio Joven
2oz (60ml) Clamato with a dash of pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
0.5 teaspoon (2.5ml) worm salt (or Tajin salt)
2 small sticks of jicama (or cucumber)


In a glass, stir the Clamato and lemon juice with the worm salt.
Freeze it for 10 minutes.
Serve in a glass with mezcal and add the two small sticks of jicama half covered with worm salt.

Orange Tangerine Sorbet

2oz (60ml) Mezcal Sacrificio Joven
3.5oz (100ml) orange juice
5oz (150ml) tangerine juice
3.5oz (100g) caster sugar
1oz (30g) worm salt


In a glass, stir all the ingredients.
Put into the freezer.
Serve with cold tangerine wedges and orange peel.
Top with worm salt (or Tajin salt).
